John Goldsborough grew up in a loving and supportive family and at the age of 14 his family relocated to Monterey California. John excelled in his academic studies, attended Monterey Peninsula College and then the University of Nevada Reno on a football scholarship. Competitive sports taught John that attitude, hard work, passion and teamwork are instrumental to success. After college, he coached football and worked with under privileged children /young adults teaching those same values he learned. John’s competitive nature helped him to gradually work his way up in the complex world of technology sales & sales management. He mastered the high tech industry for well-respected companies such as Coca-Cola, NICE, Aspect Software and Verizon Business “buying” into his ideas, and then those same companies, succeeded tremendously with the technology that he had sold them.  This is the highest of integrity in sales, selling products and services that result in a positive experience for what you have sold.  A win-win. During his 12 years - plus experience in corporate sales and marketing, John honed excellent integral skills that he also applies today in his real estate career.    

John began a real estate career in Scottsdale Arizona in 2003 and still keeps his license their current. In 2005 John relocated his family to Central Florida to be near his wife’s elderly father, family and relatives. Family values, integrity and honesty form the foundation for his core beliefs and helped John to keep focused on a career to support his own family and to help with the challenges of his wife’s ailing parents.

Once settled in Central Florida John also began his strong commitment to community involvement by serving on the City of Saint Cloud Planning Board and Finance Committees. He quickly earned loyalty and respect from his colleagues and clients due to his strong work ethic, savvy business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the market. 

John is also a Florida Notary Public, background screened by the National Notary Association since 2005. He is a Certified Signing Agent through the National Notary Association. This keeps John extremely up and current on any and all mortgage documents necessary for loan closings to help his quality work in the real estate market. Having a strong knowledge and clear understanding of these documents is extremely valuable to John and his clients. John continues his professional education by attending many classes, seminars and meetings throughout the state of Florida. He has served and is actively involved in the following organizations:
