Mae Perez has been in the real estate business since 1992. Her extensive experience in real estate sales has catapulted her to Top Producer position in her previous company. She has served as an advocate to distressed homeowners through strategic exit by short sale. She also has been a preferred REO agent with some major lenders. Mae is also a HUD-approved housing counselor and has helped hundreds of distressed homeowners with their loan modification. Mae continues to play an active role in the real estate community in the San Francisco-Bay Area and has served thrice as President of the Filipino-American Real Estate Professionals Association-Bay Area. Angelina “ Leni” Encarnacion

Associate broker, knowledgeable and dependable with 28+ years of experience as Realtor and Mortgage consultant, got her NJ real estate license in 1984 along with a number of Finance, insurance and securities licenses, and obtained her Ca RE license in 2004. She is a certified Home Retention Counselor and has successfully co- managed a network of REO offices and properties in Northern and Southern Ca for 5 years. She is the broker/ owner of Homes of Faith.
