I’ve been a licensed Realtor for 30+ years and have worked full time in my current market for 20+ years.  I’m pleased to have handled 550+ real estate transactions with a total value of nearly $200,000,000.  

I am also an active real estate investor, owning many rental properties and having ‘flipped’ several homes.  I believe owning real estate, when done properly, is a great way to build your net worth & create monthly cash flow.  I enjoy working with investors to identify, buy, rehab, lease and sell properties.
