Get to Know Ginni Field
Having coached real estate agents to success since 1990 I have the joy of working with real estate agents throughout the United States as a coach and trainer.
As a real estate agent for 24 years, I am still actively working with buyers and sellers throughout North San Diego County. I hold the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation, the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation and the Certified Residential Real Estate Broker Designation, as well as the Short Sale & Foreclosure Certification. I am also HAFA certified.
I am a Trainer for the California Association of Realtor and for Asset Plan USA teaching the above designations and certifications. I have also written courses in Real Estate Management, business planning, goal setting and business development.
Additionally, I work with small real estate companies helping them to build their company structure, teaching them the process of recruiting and training agents as well as other issues relative to success.

Over my years in real estate sales, I have sold many homes both in Connecticut and California. I currently work with a great deal of Senior clients. I enjoy the process of helping Senior buyers and sellers through real estate transactions.
I work with clients in all price points striving to make the client the focus -- it is never about me, it's all about the client. I always have the goal of a successful closing and building "clients for life" in the process. I am pleased that I receive a great number of referrals from my past clients and friends.
Coaching
I began coaching in 1990 when I was managing for a large company in Connecticut. When I saw the struggles many agents were having, I began to meet with them on a regular basis; began to help them track their numbers and through that process, the agents saw great results. I then realized that this was a focus I needed to have as a real estate manager.
Since that time, I have taken several training courses on coaching and mentoring and have expanded my coaching business to incorporate real estate agents as well as other business professionals throughout the United States. I have been able to assist individuals toward greater success in all they do.
Training
I have been a trainer for over 20 years working in all types of industries. I currently teach National Association of Realtors Designation Courses for the California Association of Realtors throughout the state of California. I have also written several courses in the areas of Business Development, Time Management, Goal Setting, Mindset, and How to Run a Successful Real Estate company.
Additionally, I have had the opportunity to hold classes in Role Playing for Success, Motivation for Success and Risk Management.
