I moved with my husband to Hoschton from Stone Mountain in 1992. I am very active in community projects and organizations, and stay up-to-date on all of the local governments. The GRI stands for Graduate, Realtor Institute. This designation is earned by only 3% of all Realtors. This additional education gives me valuable insight into all aspects of the real estate transaction. This in turn, benefits my clients and customers greatly.
Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) is a destination with training specifically to benefit buyers. Additional preparation ensures that my buyer-clients save time, money and frustration when purchasing a home ( see the testimonial below). Did you know that a listing agent (the agent with his or her name on the sign in the yard) represents the SELLER, and not the buyer? But any buyer can have his or her own representation by hiring their own buyer's agent. Even in new-home subdivisions, you should always have representation. The best part is, the SELLER pays the commission, so you get representation for free.
