I am a general contractor and electrician, but I specialize in electrical work. I've done commercial and industrial electrical work in the past, but now I confine my work to residential wiring only. New construction, re-models, trouble-shooting, electrical upgrades, code corrections, etc. I also install solar panels, systems, off-grid as well as power-transfers between solar arrays and grid (PG&E) power. With over 40 years experience, I've seen it all, done it all. To all those involved in real estate, a good, reliable and experienced electrician is a must when the need arises. Red tagged homes with electrical problems MUST be addressed and corrected for final inspections, with no occupancy before red tags can be removed. All my work is guaranteed. In all my years as an electrician I have never had a job not pass inspection by city or county inspectors. My number one goal on every job is customer satisfaction, and a safe, code compliant job, performed in a professional workmanship manner.
