One of the first questions a real estate agent will ask me in an interview is whether I'm a competing Broker. I'm not a competing Broker. I dedicate all of my professional time to managing and motivating close to 100 elite sales associates and staff. How in the world could a full time managing Broker have the time to provide quality service to a buyer or seller with a commitment like that?
If you are a sales associate and currently have a managing broker who sells and lists properties, be assured they have a significant advantage over you. When that call comes in asking for a recommendation for who might be the most qualified agent to help sell their property or buy a home, what do you think the answer might be? A manager is in a unique position to intercept those inquiries, and accept those lucrative leads for themselves.
Now, if you're a buyer or seller looking for a recommendation to help you with your particular needs, who would be in a better position to give you a professional opinion? I have been a non competing managing Broker for over 7 years and was a consistent "Top Producer" in the field before then. I have walked the walk and now as manager know the strengths and weakness of our companies team of sales associates.
We are committed to a "Gold Standard" of service in everyway.
