I don't sell houses! I find Homes for people...and there's a difference. I take my job very seriously. Buying a Home for your family is one of the most important things you will do in your lifetime. It should be comfortable to you and make you happy. The neighborhood and municipality will influence your children and quality of life as well as your property value, remember your home is your most important investment.
Before I was a working agent, my education and work history was Business, Loan Officer. Loan Processor/Underwriter, Loan Closer, Title Insurance Policy Underwriter. Strictly Real Estate related fields for over 15 years.
I love helping first-time homebuyers because I'm a Mom and Grandmother and I worry about my clients like "My Kids", in fact I call them that to myself..
I always try to teach them about how to look at their home through the eyes of the next buyer, and be critical of their investment as well as educate them to shop for their financing and compare for the best deal.
I also love helping people who are re-locating to this area because I had also done that myself back in 1990, so I know what they need to know to make a great decision on the right location.
I also am an empty-nester at this time, and I love helping people let go and downsize to a low maintenance lifestyle.
