I rarely carry business cards which is strange to most Realtors. However, with nearly 100% of my business coming from referrals I have still been able to maintain a strong business even in tough times. I work hard(obsessively my wife might say) and I always provide my clients professionalism, market data, easy access, prompt responses and regardless of the outcome...total honesty.
I have listed and sold homes from well over a $1,000,000 to homes to as low as $37,000. I do not pay attention to price, I focus on providing my clients full service. I have sold all over Atlanta...Gwinnett County, Hall County, South Forsyth, North Fulton, OTP(outside the perimeter), Jackson County, Cobb County, Dekalb County, Walton County, Barrow County and Butts County.
My primary areas of expertise would be Gwinnett, South Forsyth, Noth Fulton, Hall and Jackson counties. I know these areas like the back of my hand! These area have contributed to the majority of my business.
I am very knowledgeable about new construction and have closed over 225 new homes.
I have an experienced group of resources available when needed including inspectors, lenders, attorneys, insurance, structural engineers etc.
In business since 1997.Experience includes managing new home developments,brokering a large RE office, a continual honing of my negotiation skills,building a referral base leading to 95+% of business.
