Kenneth is a full time REALTOR in the Greater Atlanta area market.  He specializes in real estate transactions in the Southern Crescent with a strong concentration in Fayette and Coweta counties.  Kenneth is a fourth generation Fayette County resident on the paternal side of his family.  His maternal side of the family have resided in Coweta county for 3 generations.   Kenneth has been a resident of both Fayette and Coweta counties his whole life with the exception of the years he was in college and has owned primary residences in each county.  He is currently a resident of Fayette County with his wife and two children.  He has witnessed 36+ years of growth and development in the Southern Crescent of Atlanta first hand.  This background has given Kenneth a resource and knowledge of the area he specializes in that is rare. 

Kenneth is a 2001 Graduate of North Georgia College and State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.)in Marketing.  He recieved the Presidential Scholar Award in 2001 for reasearch completed as coursework in Strategic Marketing.  He began a career in real estate after becoming licensced in 2002.  Since that time he earned the GRI(Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation and the ABR(Acredited Buyers Representative)designation in 2003.  Kenneth has also earned the REOS(Real Estate Owned Specialist), RESS (Real Estate Shortsale Specialist), REGOV (HUD Home Selling Specialist) designations from American Real Estate University in 2008.

Kenneth is grateful and eager for the opportunity to serve all of his clients to the best of his ability.  He understands that being trusted by his clients to represent them in likely the largest investment of their lives is a large responsibility.  Kenneth has a sincere desire to provide the highest level of customer service satisfaction before, during, and after his clients have closed on their new property!
