Bob Williams, owner of HomeTech, has been in the construction field most of his life, building everything from custom homes to large commercial buildings. Bob is also owner of Solomon Construction Company, a CA General Contractor. Bob is a member of American Society of Home Inspector (ASHI), International Code Council (ICC), and is certified as a building, mechanical, plumbing and chimney inspector.
HomeTech as been serving the Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties since 1991, having done thousands of inspection. We do single family, multi-family, condo/townhouse, manufactured home, chimney and mini inspections.
Our narrative reports are simple, yet comprehensive and pricise. They include digital color pictures and a "Recomendation Highlights" section in the report for the higher priority repairs or concerns. A "Homeowners Handbook" is also included for the weekend Do-It-Yourselfers. A pdf report is delivered the same day and the Inspection Binder is mailed the next day.
We provide a free Appliance RecallChek with every buyer home inspection to make sure the new home is as safe as possible. If we discover a recalled appliance, you will get all the iformation needed to have the appliance repaired or replaced free of charge by the manufacturer.
