Born and raised in St. Louis Missouri.  We married in 1986 and  bought our first home at the ages of 18 and 22.   We have 2 children and love pets.  In 1998 we decided to follow our dream and moved to the Sunshine State.

  Paul owned and operated a homebuilding and remodeling company for 17 years.  He has extensive knowledge of residential real estate.  He also has his Captain's license and was owner/operator of Sea Tow Port Canaveral.  This knowledge, along with living on the water,makes him stand out above the rest when in comes to waterfront property.

  Beth has been a Realtor since 2000, Broker-Associate since 2010. She served on the Grievance Committe for 5 years, Professional Standards 2 years and a Director on the Board at the Melbourne Area Association of Realtors.  She has aquired her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and has been awarded Muli-million dollar award every year since 2001.

  They have acheived the Diamond Club award from Coldwell Banker and are Previews Specialists along with many other awards and honors.
