My entire working career, I have been involved with the construction side of real estate. Working in-depthly on projects within the residential and commercial markets. Having personally acquired Real Estate successfully in a down market,it gave me a first-hand experience in the process that no text book could have. | We worked with Floyd to find a single family home and we were under a strict timeline. He showed us at least 12 homes in a 3 week period, before we finally put an offer in own our home. Floyd's knowledge on electrical systems was a great benefit when looking at older homes. |

| I met Floyd a year ago. I told him I work a lot, and I wanted some one to do everything for me, from information on houses, mortgages, etc etc etc.. Floyd wasn't a sales person, he showed me the bad sides of the houses I chose and gave me a "matter of fact" point of view.. He never tried to sell me a house, he wanted me to have a home, and finally we got a house that accommodated all my needs. I highly recommend him. |

| Floyd worked with my schedule. I was in the market to buy my first house, and Floyd helped me in every step. I had a specific need, and he accommodated. One of the great things about Floyd is his knowledge of the construction side of houses, he was great at spotting things that I didn't see. He was there to help me, and not to just make a sale. I never felt pressured, and I am glad to have had him as my agent. You will not be disappointed. |
