Get to Know Mike Kilkenny
I have been a loan officer since 1979. I have extensive experiance in loan origination including appraisals. I have been the "go to" lender in the Columbia River Gorge since 1982 and know the area very well. I am licensed in Oregon and Washington.
Certifications
I do loans of all types, FHA, Federal VA, USDA/RD, Reverse Mortgages and Conventional. The company I work for is a Mortgage Banker and as such the underwriters, processors, closers and funders all work for us and allows me to give exceptional customer service. Our underwriters are very familiar with the area and we don't have the issues that lenders using underwriters from out of the area do so we can get the job done when others can't.
