My work in real estate fist began in Del Mar.  I did my first year or so in that area, then I made the move to an office in Coronado.  Since then, we have grown the company to where I deal in real estate all over San Diego.  I now work primarily out of my secondary office in Poway, which is where I live. 

Since the market has made some changes over the last few years, we have shifted to making our main focus keeping people out of foreclosure.  We started a Short Sale Specialist Division, aimed at helping homeowners who are struggling with their finances to get out of the downward spiral and into a home they can afford, with the most minimal damage to their credit as possible.

I'm a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)- which means I have been trained and certified in the most legal and ethical practices when dealing with short sale properties and financially distressed homeowners.

Being a full time real estate professional does take a lot of time, I somehow force myself to get out there and do other things.  I recently got into snowboarding, I train in jiu jitsu (martial arts), and I do some studio recordings and concerts with various groups from San Diego, L.A., and Las Vegas.
