Commercial Queen has a variety of programs and products, offers common sense underwriting, 50 state originating capability, advanced paperless technology and the experience for your real estate financial growth.
My daily focus is squarely on Branch Business, National Accounts, Realtors, Builders, Developers, Relocation Firms, National Recruiting, and of course my loyal dedicated customers! Frankly it has been a challenge bridling my excitement and enthusiasm; and without taking up too much of your time I'm compelled to at least share some highlights:
•1. My branch is an impeccably-managed, entrepreneurially-driven, and focuses on providing high-quality personalized service through its "trusted financial advisors" and strives to meet all financial needs of its customers. We are headquartered in Houston, Texas, was formed in April 2002 and is now a $5.2 billion company. Our common stock initiated trading on the NASDAQ in December 2003.
•2. In addition to its corporate headquarters in Houston, there are currently 38 community banking offices in Texas, 8 regional commercial lending offices, and 60 mortgage loan production offices.
•3. We are FDIC insured and an equal housing lender located in the Denver Tech Center.
•4. Nationally, we are licensed to originate and fund loans in all 50 states, including The District of Columbia. We specialize in all Residential and Commercial Lending.

I currently am employed by a state savings bank, a member of FDIC, co-managing/owning a National Mortgage Branch here in Denver Colorado.
I manage the Commercial Division for the branch,where I structure,negotiate, pre-qualify borrowers, and pre-underwrite all commercial transactions for our branch.

I have a solid back ground in Residential RealEstate purchase and refinance, as well as completed Realtor licensing 2 years ago. (I currently do not possess a realtor's license as it is a conflict of my bank's policy)
