| Cindy arrived on Saturday morning to look us over and give us the initial details of marketing our house. She made some suggestions, took the photographs and made the timetable for the sale. By the next Wednesday we were on the market and receiving good offers for the house, and by the time Saturday came around again (yes one week) we were making choices as to which offer to accept. The closing went without any problems and was only a day or two past the initial estimate. We thank you for all the help you gave and will always remember you. |

Mrs. Fluck possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent broker: she knows her market well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. Mrs. Fluck is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job.
