I received my Real Estate License in 2003 in Florida. Shortly after my husband and I started purchasing investments properties in Myrtle Beach, which we saw as an emerging market. We moved to Myrtle Beach in 2004 where I was a top-producing sales agent for Exit Realty and afterwards, Dockside Realty. In 2005, 2006 & 2007 I was the #1 agent in sales for Exit Grand Strand Properties - South Strand, a company of 65 agents and in the top five top producers with Exit Grand Strand Properties for 3 year, which consisted of 3 office and 250 agents. In 2010 & 2011 I was #2 agent in Sales for Dockside Realty, a company of #140 agents.
