Common sense Realtor for common sense folks. I work hard and I work smart, and I always tell you what's what.
I started in real estate to help people get what they want. My favorite thing is to help first time home buyers find their perfect home and help them navigate the tricky path toward home ownership. I love to teach as I go, so the process isn't confusing or scary. I love to take the worry out of it for people.
One of the things I hope to do while looking at homes is to have fun. Sometimes it's at my expense, sometimes the home we're seeing begs to be laughed at. Either way, there's no extra charge for fun.
I am an expert in me. I am also somewhat knowledgable about other people, to varying degrees. For example, I know a lot about my wife, but not enough to keep myself out of trouble. I also know some things about people I work with, but I'm not at liberty to say.
If you call me, I will likely try to find things out about you, but this is only so I can help you find the perfect home. I want to be an expert about you, but only concerning the narrow little scope of homebuying and selling. The rest is none of my business.
I know lots about Solon, Twinsburg, Aurora and Mantua and Streetsboro and other places that are nearby. I also know about Mayfield Heights and University Heights and Beechwood and Maple Heights and Bedford and Alliance (of all places (not that Alliance is bad, but that it's pretty far away)).
I am also an expert in pets. This will not help you buy or sell a home but it gives us something to talk about.
My challenge to you is this: call me or email me and ask me a question. I will answer it at no cost to you. Promise.
