Interest rates, still at historic lows, and unbelievable prices on homes of (unfortunately) distressed homeowners, have all led to a buyers market rivaling the best blue light special at Kmart!! I wish that we had enough time and money to purchase all of the deals that I come across.......that being said, I can help buyers in the market for a deal on a fixer-upper investment property or a completely renovated home. There are currently about 11 months worth of inventory in Union County, so there is plenty to choose from if you are shopping for a home. Home ownership is becoming more affordable which is the cornerstone of the American Dream.
