I tend to be more of a listing agent, however this gives me greater knowledge in negotiations on behalf of a buyer. First time home buyers are a specialty of mine. I also find myself helping families in times of estate planning and sale of homes. I cannot be everything to everyone. When I get a call for business out of my area of expertise, I refer to another agent.
