Since starting in Real Estate in 1985 the partnership of Fred and Linda Gregory have handled every kind of residential & investment real estate transactions from vacant land to sprawling 12,000 SF homes in gated communities in all cities of San Diego county. We have represented churches, banks, foreclosure companies, trusts, private banks, unions, private individuals and companies in hundreds of transactions. San Diego County is our neighborhood and we are comfortable in all sizes and complexity of properties. Prior to 1985 Fred work as a civil/structural engineering manger and Linda worked in administration for a very large San Diego based medical facility. The combination of our backgrounds, college educations, 1/4 century of real estate transactions gives our San Diego clients the professional competency that they deserve.
