Joe wants your business. His "can do" attitude along with his vigilant oversight, ensures that your real estate transaction is a pleasant one. Joe has over 30 yrs experience managing farming and ranching properties. He is a graduate of L.S.U. and pursued further studies at McNeese in the Paralegal field. Joe then attended Burk Baker School of Real Estate and obtained his license to practice. . In 2007, he was awarded the ABR designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council. Later that year, he recieved the Sellers Representative Specialist designation presented by the SRS Council. In early 2008, Joe became an associate broker with a local firm. April of 2008 the Louisiana Realtors conferred the designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) to Joe in recognition of completion of advanced educational requirements. May of 2009 Joe obtained the designation of e-PRO demonstrating his ongoing commitment to technology. Farms and Ranches - My background is in agricultural production econmics with over 25 years engaged in day to day operation of a rice and cattle farm in southwest Louisiana. I know property and I am familiar with the economics of crop and cattle production including government programs.
