I specialize in REO/foreclosure listing and selling agency for the Sellers Real Estate Team.  My background previous to obtaining a real estate license included REO property preservation, so I am comfortable with all aspects of handling foreclosure properties for clients, or showing properties to investors.  Having taken the Michigan Builder Prelicense Course in 2010, I will soon add a MI residential builder license to my credentials.
