I am Karen Kruschka's Administrative Manager. The thing I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to assist Karen helping people meet their objectives buying and selling real estate. My wife, Karen is a REALTOR® and an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Real Estate Connections. Over the past 3 decades we have assisted more than 1500 families, first time buyers, singles and investors.

BUYER SERVICES Karen represents buying clients as Buyer Agents. There is no fee to you as her fee is paid by the real estate firm that has the property listed for sale.

FIRST TIME BUYERS Karen is especially attuned to working with first time buyers. At her first meeting she will review with you a booklet she has developed that explains the entire home buying process.
