1997 Graduate of Grace College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. After working in the Corporate World behind a desk, I felt it was time to go out on my own and work with people, helping them achieve their goals and dreams.
I have really enjoyed Real Estate. I see it as my career, not just my current position or another job. I use my education in Business and my education and experience in Marketing and Advertising to my clients benefit. I am always a step ahead of the other agents with technology, buyer needs and demands, and opportunity.
Buyers and Sellers
Many Agents today advertise as a "specialist". If I had to pick one specific aspect of Real Estate that I have become a specialist in it would be New Construction. I represent land developers, builders, and buyers of New Construction homes (both spec homes and to be built homes) in the Johnstown, Davidsville, Windber and surrounding communities.
Beyond that area of "specialist" I just find it best to make sure I am current on all aspects of Real Estate. Whether someone is looking for an vacation home at Indian Lake, Hidden Valley, or Seven Springs - or they are looking for their first home in the Johnstown, PA region - they all deserve the same professionalism.
