Erin grew up in Savannah and attended St. Andrews, Sol C. Johnson High School & Armstrong Atlantic State University. While she has always been drawn to big cities and far off culture, the Savannah area has an irresistible charm that has made it impossible to leave. Beautiful marshes, wetlands and coastal seascapes paired with rich southern history are the stuff of dreams. Erin decided to pursue a career in real estate in 2007 and affiliated with her current broker, Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners in 2008. Erin's main work areas include Ardsley Park, the Historic Downtown area, anything Island, and out through Pooler, Port Wentworth, Rincon & Guyton. In June 2009 she was awarded Top Agent status from her brokerage. Erin is a licensed Georgia Realtor with an LMC (Loss Mitigation Certification), and can help you list and sell residential properties, including new construction, relocation, vacation, foreclosures, short sales and REO properties. Erin currently resides on Wilmington Island with her other half, Troy and their rescue dog, Max. Erin spends her free time painting, cooking and kayaking. She dreams of moving to California a little later in life to study Viticulture & Oenology, and plans to build her own winery someday.
