I have been in the mortgage and housing industry since 1995. A few things have changed in the last several years making it very important to keep up with industry changes and developments. My goal is to provide you with quick, reliable, & convenient customer service. If you have a question, I want to get you the correct answer as fast as possible. I make my self available by working when you aren't by working later in the evening.

It may have taken me longer than some, but I have learned that working together is way more fun than working against each other! | I spoke with Eric after having a difficult time with another lender. Eric was very quick to answer my calls and respond back to me if he missed a call. He even made sure to contact me back on weekends and evenings. He eased all my frustrations that the other company had put on me and had a "never give up" attitude which I appreciated. He stayed positive through the process which is exactly what I needed as a first time buyer. Even after deciding to go with the original lender, Eric was very helpful and supportive and made me wish I had used him throughout my entire process, I'm sure it would have been much more positive then the lender I had dealt with. | I answered the phone one day after being told to wait for a credit issue to come off by another co. It was Eric Brown. He's like Lets see if we can get it to go now and from then on He got my loan through. He was very helpful answering questions. He was knowledgable about all the technical issues that come up. | My experience with Gold Financial was great! My loan officer, Eric Brown, was friendly, helpful, and responsive. I work the midnight shift, so my availability can be quite limited during the day, but no matter whether I called, emailed, or texted, Eric would always get back to me right away. At first, I thought it was a little weird using a lender from a different city, but I sure am glad that I did based on my experience! If I ever need another home loan, I will definitely be using these guys again and Highly Recommend them |

| These guys are awesome! We were originally declined by our bank where we had our checking and savings accounts. We applied on Lending Tree and were contacted by several lenders, but Eric with Gold Financial was top notch and put our fears at ease. We only had two more weeks before we needed to close and Eric came up with a game plan to make it all happen. The end result was we closed on time and were able to start moving into our new home this past weekend!! Thank you Eric and all of your support staff who worked hard to make this all happen for us! |
