| I bought my home in Ocean City from Eric in 2005 while the market was booming in on of the hottest cities on the east coast. When we decided to sell and the market was the total opposite I went right back to Eric because I knew he would be honest and tell me the right number that it would take to sell my home. I live about 45 minute from Ocean City an he would frequently look at the home and give us status updates on activity and making sure the house safe. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and how well he grasp's the technology in his field. He made the whole process painless and sold my home in 45 days in a secondary home market. There are several homes in Ocean City that are still up and there price is well below what we had sold ours for. I just wanted to say thanks for putting me on the right course!!! Great Job Eric |
