I have been a member of the Bay East Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors for over 30 years. As such, I am highly experienced in assisting clients who want to buy or sell residential real estate in Northern California. 

Since 1978, I have been a full-time real estate professional specializing in the marketing and sales of residential and residential income real estate in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. I am also a real estate consultant, speaker, teacher, and author.  I taught the Principles of California Real Estate at California State University, East Bay, formerly Hayward, with the rank of Associate Professor. 

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Cum Laude), and a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA).  I am currently listed as one of only three recognized members of the California Association of Realtors to receive the designation of "Master in Business Administration".
