Designations and Certifications:

CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, September 2011

Less than 4 percent of all REALTORS® have earned this prestigious credential. CRS education is considered the "PHD" among the Realty experts. CRS designees have access to one of the best networking systems in the country to help relocating clients. CRS Council members were involved in nearly 25 percent of all residential real estate transactions in the United States.  CRS designees get information about the latest sales and marketing techniques, and changes in the law that benefit home buyers and sellers. With only 4% of all REALTORS® having this designation, there is a big difference between a CRS and other agents. As a CRS I have advanced training, experience, and nationwide access to a network of resources. Having the CRS designation is just one more way that I am able to help my clients with their real estate needs and provide the best service possible.

GRI: Graduate of the REALTOR Institute, October 1997 -  Through course design, training indepth of the Realtor's Core of Real Estate Principles, Practices and Procedures.  Approved by the Real Estate Commision.  A National Certification.

NAWIC National Association of Women in Construction- December 1989; The certification provides and educates women (and men) in the Fundamental Interpretation of Construction Documents and Techniques of Estimating and Scheduling. 

     Only with a knowledge of homes from building to sale; can one truly help a buyer or seller.  This is not a popular designation but one of my most valued.  It truley helps me in guiding my sellers in what improvements to make and my buyers in what to look for in a quality home.  

BROKER 2008 - Licensed to Manage Others in the Sale of REALESTATE, and Advance Practices in REALESTATE.  135 Credit course of the Broker's Real Estate Principles, Practices and Procedures, license awarded by State and National Exam.

REALTOR 1990 - Licensed in REALESTATE.  90 hrs of Real Estate Principles, Practices and Procedures; license awarded by State and National Exams.  

e-Pro, ABR, CSSR, and many more designations of Educated license proficiency.  Education will always be a Humanitarian philosophy to me.  It' necessary to achieve and go beyond what you need to perform effectively in representing others.


Service, honesty, timely performance, meeting our goal; these are all words that come to mind when I think of how I sell Real Estate.  I dont believe I sell homes, the homes sell themselves.  What I do is show a home in the best light, when I represent a Seller.  I help them perform the task of selling their home as quickly as possible to achieve their highest dollar possible.

When representing a Buyer; the same applies I'm just looking to meet their criteria and find their dream home!  A home that is what their looking for, they can't wait to write a contract on.  I can't push them to buy a home they don't like. So I'm not a closer type sales person; however I do know when we find something perfect it' time to act quickly to assure they get it!


I handpick or screen who comes to work at Executive very carefully.  Any new Agent must have our Philosophy.  If not I'm not interested in the liability of having someone bring our reputation down.  It's not worth the dollars.

As a Certified Residential Specialist, I represent homebuyers and sellers in achieving their goal of selling or buying a home.  I've represented both since 1990.  Starting very young in the business was a backup to my Entertaining Career in Las Vegas, and a way to earn much needed monies to live.  I found it to be very interesting and I liked the serious contrast to light hearted entertainment.  

Staging a home, was a talent of mine before they ever had the courses in how to stage a home; having a flair fo Art in every thing I do from painting, to singing and dancing (which I consider live Art) is how i view life.  I perceive within my area a beauty of what something can look like, if it was just fixed up a bit, or cleaned up a bit, or painted a bit.  I have a good idea of what items should go, and space will be created in a classy atmosphere to help show off a home!  For others, they just live in the home.  I traveled quite a bit in my life, as my father was in the Air Force.  So I chose to make Military Relocations my specialty.  I know how it feels to move a lot and went to 4 different elementary schools.  I'll help you make a smooth move!

Computer Literate; I can set up Virtual Tours and Web Sites.  I always market across mult-platforms with key words and Google Tracking of Data.  I'm also good at photography; and choose to be picky with my photos and how my listing is presented.  

I'm informed with Military Relocations and all that entails.  As it's private, I don't disclose any jargon here, for security sake.  I am a member of USAA and can fund rentals and purchases from afar.
