Elisa is a native of San Diego County. She grew up in Carlsbad area and lived there with her family until 2001 when she relocated to coastal La Jolla. As a child her father had his own consulting firm, which taught her the importance of client satisfaction and the importance of building relationships.  

Elisa started her career in the New Home building industry, specifically, in the purchasing department. This provided the opportunity to gain knowledge of how homes are constructed and the wide range of materials and building techniques. This strong background in new construction has helped her clients with finding the home that best suits them and their families. In 2004, Elisa made the transition into Residential Sales and obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license. Her first year as a Real Estate Advisor she received an award for her excellent accomplishments with over 5 million in home sales. Elisa has handled all types of home sales, from luxury estates to small condo's, from Short Sales to Foreclosures. In 2008, Elisa began managing a top producing Real Estate office.  Her strong organizational skills allow her to work smart and be effective with her clients. In 2012, Elisa obtained her Real Estate Brokers license and opened her own Brokerage, Pacific Reef Real Estate. Now with experience including working with local investors and buying properties at the court house auctions, fixing the homes to be within market standards Elisa has obtained more experience. She is up to date on current market trends, new laws coming into effect, as well as being equipped to help co-workers.

For Elisa, it is most important to make sure her clients understand the process of buying and selling a home. This way they can make decisions on what's best for them and their families. Elisa is certified to negotiate Short Sales and has a proven track record of saving clients homes from going to foreclosure and helping them figure out the best solution for them.

Elisa was recently married in Maui, HI and when she is not working with clients helping them with their Real Estate needs, she enjoys spending time with her 11 year old son, Reef, who attends Bird Rock Elementary and her husband Ryan. As a family they enjoy spending their time outdoors at the beach riding bikes, playing tennis, football, softball, or soccer as well as horse back riding. She has gained great satisfaction from being involved in numerous charity events in San Diego County benefiting women and children and others in need.
