Our first priority is to use furnishings the homeowner already has. We can also include our own pieces for marketing photographs and to give the homeowner ideas of what they can supplement on their own. If the owners request, we can offer more comprehensive suggestions with paint choices, electrical upgrades or other improvements that can help position a house in a competitive market. Any of the services below may also be used to prepare for an open house event.
