Eileen Sullivan, AHWD, ASP, CDPE, GRI, SFR, SRES, TRC -Eileen has seven years experience as a Florida Real Estate Professional and has completed numerous Certification Programs including; At Home With Diversity Certification (AHWD),  Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agent (ASP), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Transnational Referral Certification (TRC). In 2011 Eileen became a Certified Distressed Property Expert to better serve her customers with Short Sales anf Foreclosures. She is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors serving as the 2011 Treasurer and the 2009 President of the Nature Coast Chapter, representing Hernando County.

Eileen is a Graduate of The College of New Jersey and attended the Wharton School. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New Jersey. She has served her community in several volunteer positions.
