Over the years, Edward has demonstrated honesty, integrity and provided analysis of details of the deal. Pros and cons of a property matching the client's requirements. Assessment of fair market price of a property vis a vis other reasonably similar properties sold in the same area. Helping a purchaser know what he actually needs in a property by asking him the right questions. Advising a would be seller on where he should spend money to upgrade the property to get a good return on this expenditure and speed up the possible sale at an equitable price and finally making sure that all documentation are in order to conclude a trouble free deal.
