Get to Know Ed Bates
I grew up in West Jordan Utah. I have lived in Utah most of my life. I live in West Jordan and am married with a wife and two kids. Along with my passion of mortgage loans I am currently serving in the Utah Army National Guard Reserve.
I currently am working with Wasatch First Financial. What I like about this company is that it is associated with "Utah Full Service Brokers" which basically is a one stop real estate company.
Most of my business is dealing with home buyers, people looking to get into a new home. I have quite a bit of experience with first time home buyers and finding them the financing that they need to get into a home with little or no money down.
I build my reputation on being honest with all parties involved in the real estate/mortgage transaction. If I cannot get your loan done, I will find someone who can. I will not waist your time, or the time of your borrower trying to make a quick buck!
