I have been a real estate agent for 4 years and in that amount of time have been top residential selling agent, in Richmond County, for 2006 and 2007.   Before  becoming an agent I worked for a bank 12 years, so I am familiar with home loans.    My husband and myself have had our own business and have had rental properties for years.  Richmond County named me co-realtor of the year in 2008.
