I’m Derek Schairer with New Home Pros. As a technology enthusiast, I founded New Home Pros to combine my passions for real estate, innovation, and helping others. I grew up in Illinois and immediately following my graduation from the University of Iowa, I started the first Internet Sales division for a publicly traded builder, here in the Phoenix area. While working in several sales and management roles for 7 years in the new home building industry, I obtained my MBA from Arizona State University. Soon after graduation, I worked in finance for Wells Fargo before launching New Home Pros as my full time career.

I purchased my first property at the age of 26 and found a disconnect between the way I operated and the way things actually worked in the real estate industry.
