| I have lived all over Alabama and when I relocated to the Birmingham area I was recommended to use Drew Taylor as my real estate agent. I was looking to buy my third house and was in the processing of selling my second home. I sold my second home and need to move to Birmingham even faster and Drew found me the perfect home and had a contract on it immediately. Drew to me is a full service agent. Before we closed he helped me in anyway by getting me numbers of the right people or helping me set up meetings. Always on the ball and in constant communication. I really felt like I was his only client when I know that is not true. Even after the closing drew is still helping me find the right people to help me with any remodeling I want to do. I will recommend Mr. Taylor to anyone I met who is looking for a house and will be my first call if I ever sell my current house. I think it goes without saying who I will use for my next home purchase. |

| Drew Taylor and his team did a great job for me in selling my home in Eagle Point. Drew was the 3rd Realtor that I hired and he went to work to market my home and got it sold in a timely manor. I would highly recommend Drew and his team. They are true professionals. |
