I am a full-time Realtor® and home stager with 20+ years of experience helping Maryland buyers and sellers move with confidence. Licensed since 2004, I specialize in homes with character, in properties that tell a story, from vintage charmers to thoughtfully staged spaces that stand out.

Andrea brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She attended every showing to be able to explain all the extra features of our home to potential buyers. She also helped us stage our home, which helped make the process a lot easier. | Andrea is incredible! My husband and I bought our first home in 2017. We had no idea what to expect and were pretty naive about the whole process. She really guided us through everything, from what to look for during walkthroughs to negotiating a good deal. Andrea is very knowledgeable about the housing market in general (she does her research!) and about the regulations/requirements for residences and contracts. When we decided to make another transition to a bigger home in 2020, we ran to her. Although we learned so much from her the first go around, selling our home was completely different. Again, Andrea expertly guided us through the process. It was stressful but Andrea gave us the knowledge and confidence to make good decisions for our family. | Andrea was helpful across the board. She took time to explain the paperwork to us, from the Agent Agreement to the clauses of our contract. She was always available to look at houses in person, and her sharp eye caught everything (condition of the molding, funny smell in the upstairs bathroom, missing gutters, paint peeling on windows, etc.) She quickly developed a sense of what we were looking for, and stayed positive throughout our months long search without ever pressuring us. When it came time to bid, she helped advise us on a competitive bid that we were still comfortable with, and once we were under her contract, she stayed on top of all the final details.
