Greetings! I've been a residential and commercial loan officer since 2002, and have handled hundreds of successful closings.
With lending guidelines changing on a seemingly daily basis, I've took it upon myself to remain current on lending guideline changes on a local and national level as they go into effect. In fact, I've dedicated a website, www.thefinancecorner.com , to mortgage basics, and keeping real estate professionals and potential buyers current on what they can expect when the time comes for obtaining financing. I try to keep all content objective enough that realtors and other mortgage professionals can refer their own clients to the site instead of spinning the content to promote myself and expand my own book of business.

Having worked on the retail side of finance, I've learned to appreciate the freedom and access to money that direct lenders cannot obtain, and the ability to offer my clients the lowest prices available. We are licensed in MN, and generate a surprising number of unsolicited purchase leads throughout the state. Presently, I have very few Realtor to refer these clients to, (especially in the West and South Metro, Duluth, Rochester, and Greater MN,) and leave them to fend for themselves. I would like to be able to have solid professionals to refer these people to, and in return creating a symbiotic relationship that will benefit us both.

While on the residential side the majority of our loans are standard, vanilla, conforming, loans, we do have access to many programs that banks and direct lenders do not, (Agricultural, Fixed Jumbo Rates, raw land, High LTV Loans, construction loans, etc.) We have access to VA, FHA, and USDA loans as well. As a company, we rely on volume and repeat clients rather than outrageous fees.
I am happy to meet your clients around their schedule and place of choosing outside of 'banker hours', create joint marketing materials, (flyers, tri-folds, etc) for your open house or advertising, walk clients through that showing your schedule won't allow, and go the extra mile to see to that you get paid.
Commercially, we have well over 100 different lending channels, and specialize in obtaining financing for borrowers and business owners in tough situations. Through proper structuring and/or hard money, we are able to obtain solid financing when others are not; both nationally and internationally.
