I have been selling real estate in Northern California since 1996. I worked as a Mortgage Broker as well as a Realtor and learned the ins and outs of the loan industry. After working for Access Financial and Real Estate services for 4 years, I opened my own successful Real Estate Company, "Double D Realty" in Redwood City, CA and operated it for 8 years before moving to El Dorado Hills.

I also teamed up with business men from Italy and created "Golden House Development Corporation". We remodeled houses in the Bay Area with Italian architects and Italian products imported from Italy and sold them for a profit. My background in construction and finance allows me to give good advice about structures, both in houses and loans. My wife and 2 children fell in love with the Sacramento / El Dorado / Placer County areas.
