Most of my professional background has been in the furniture manufacturing industry, where I spent nearly 20 years in middle and executive management, in positions ranging from department foreman to quality assurance manager to plant superintendent.

Things went sour for US furniture manufacturers due to cheap imports from the Pacific rim and I saw the writing on the wall. A career change in 1999 found me working at the local newspaper. I worked in that field for 10 years in advertising, graphic design and IT support.

In 2007, I went to work for a local ERA franchise as marketing director. In 2011, I took my show on the road and ended up at Century 21 of Princeton and Bluefield.
