Donna Stott was licensed in 1986 and held Brokers licenses in Florida, Hawaii, and Georgia. She sold real estate and was a Manager for ERA Preferred Properties, a Top 50 Franchise, in Orlando Florida until 1992. Donna taught several courses in Orlando with the local ERA service providers in 1991-1992 before moving to Oahu and becoming a partner with The Stott Team.

On Oahu, Donna both sold residential and investment property as well as managed the staff of The Stott Team. This Team of 3 Agents, 2 Buyers Agents, and a small staff earned over $2M in gross commissions per year.  Donna participated in several Millionaire Mastermind Groups and has spent time with the best of the best Agents in North America. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her Clients with her experience and Coaching style.

In 2006 Donna became a full time Coach for a National Coaching Company and in 2009 created StottCoaching which became Your Coaching Matters in 2010.  She is currently improving Coaches Training, developing new products and services, and Coaching Agents across the US and in Canada. Her goals include sharing her knowledge and empowering Agents and Brokers to share theirs as well, teaching the Value Real Estate professionals bring to the world.
