Donna McDermed and Cecil Kinerd are the two principles of Premium Management Inc.
Donna is a licensed Broker in the State of Texas, a graduate of the Realtor Institute and a member of the Houston, Texas and National Association of Realtors.
Donna has lived in Houston for 38 years, has worked in the field of Residential Property Management for about 30 years, and has been a licensed Real Estate Professional for 15 years.
Cecil handles the maintenance and legal issues as well as assists in all phases of the operation.
Premium Management, Inc. and Donna are actively involved as a Broker representing Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate as well as Property Management.
