I am orginally from Pennsylvania Moved to the Central Florida area in 1973. I've been a licensed Realor since 2001. As a former employee with a large government contract company in Brevard County, I have a background in contract negotiations. I am a member of Toastmasters International and hold a Bronze and CL (Competent Leader) certification. I am also a former business owner, decorator and very people oriented.

My role as your trusted Real Estate advisor - I will listen to your goals, recommend the right resources to help you reach your goals and share with you my experience and expertise when it comes to the selling of your present home/and or the purchase of a new home.

Certifications

FIRST TIME HOME BUYER?? You could qualify for the federal $8000 tax credit. You have until November 30, 2009 to find a home, secure financing and close the transaction to receive your $8000 tax credit/downpayment assistance. To qualify as a 'first time home buyer' the buyer or his/her spouse may not have owned a residence during the three years prior to the purchase. The maximum allowable credit for homebuyers is $8000. Each homebuyer's tax credit is determined by two factors: (1) the price of the home - the credit is equal to 10% of the purchase price of the home, up to $8000. (2) the buyers income - single buyers with incomes up to $75,000 and married couples with incomes up to $150,000 - may receive the maximum tax credit.
