We are a family of four Realtors. We all started out as individual Realtors that decided that becoming a family team was far more important.  Now there is always someone there to help our clients, and with each one of us having our own niche we can help our clients with our areas of specialty.  As an established Real Estate Team, with a proven marketing system we can create the exposure, both locally and nationally, that your home needs.  The Willis Team offers you four Real Estate professionals dedicated to honest advice and around-the-clock service. Larry was born and raised in SC before he entered into the military where he met Linda while stationed in England. When he returned from the military, he and Linda were married. He completed his college education in Florida and since then; their family has moved over 21 times around the United States from Chicago, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Dallas, Orlando, Oklahoma City, Miami, and now Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.

Several years ago, they bought a condominium while visiting Myrtle Beach, because they felt so relaxed and at home. After several visits, they decided that they wanted to make Myrtle Beach their permanent residence. They wanted to enjoy the friendly people, walks on the beach, low cost of living, and other attractions that they found on their trips to the area. In addition they both had an interest in becoming Realtors® and Myrtle Beach was a great place to get in the Real Estate business.

During Larry's career, he was the President COO/CFO/CEO of several different companies that required moving around the country a lot. He has an extensive background in Finance, Administration, Strategic Planning, and Personnel and has worked with large numbers of people. Linda has held positions of Personnel Director, Office Manager, Credit analyst and Activities Director. This experience is helpful in working with you in your Real Estate needs. They will give you their loyalty, dedication and determination in obtaining your desired results.

GREAT NEWS!!! We will prepare a negotiation strategy for the property you have selected, including a written Competitive Market Analysis and advice on the initial price and terms to offer where permitted.

Closing the Sale
