I have worked in several capacities relating to the real estate industry. I have been an investor since 2003. Recently, I have spent the last 4 years working onsite for companies such as Centex Homes and Atreus Homes. So I understand what builders are faced with day in and day out. My focus was to help create a new sales program where builders no longer had to deeply discount their inventory in order to sell it.
Prior to new home sales I spent 5 years in property management. I have worked as a property manager in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina working for some of the top performing A+ apartment homes companies in the country. The largest community I have managed was 404 apartment homes. This experience has been vital in developing an understanding of people and their housing needs and desires.
In addition to new home sales and property management, my background includes advertising/marketing/publishing. I spent 10 years in Florida working for direct mail advertisers before starting my own company which I operated for 3 years.
I have been in property mgmt. for 10 yrs.; sold for national builders in Atlanta for the last 4 yrs. At HomeWise Solutions, we have created a new way to connect buyers with builders and investors.
