The best way that I can describe my services as a realtor is that my standards are always of excellence and expertise. That is why it is my tagline. Am a native Atlantan and have always been in business for myself. I am knowledgeable of the metro market having sold from downtown to Lake Lanier.
I am in the top 15 ranking of agents in my office and sit on the Agency Leadership Council which helps direct policy for our market center. In addition I am greatly involved in the community sitting on the Board of the Norcross Foundation for Excellence and the Board of the Norcross Soccer Academy. In addition I support the community by being top level sponsor for Norcross High School Football.
My knowledge base of the Atlanta market is great. Being a native allows me to know the standards of individual schools, history of sections of the city and quality of life in areas. My market capabilities are vast. I work with new home buyers to people who have moved multiple times. Transferrees who are moving in from out of state and people just moving around the corner. My market range of houses goes from lower priced homes to the millions. I am very comfortable working with all price ranges and types of clients. Because of my strong alliance partners in mortgage lending and real estate legal services I make the process of selling or buying a home as stressfree as possible.
