I have been in residential real estate for 30 years as a real estate expert with experience in New Castle County Delaware, Southern Chester County and nearby Delaware County Pennsylvania, and also Cecil County Maryland. We are located in Hockessin, Delaware. Also a real estate expert, my wife and business partner Diane and I started with Patterson Schwartz in 1984 and haven't looked back.
